Every time in Tokyo, I choose this place. The hotel is clean and the staff are very attentive. A twin room with futon beds has basic facilities you need. There is an electric kettle and a fridge.

Particularly good and magnificent location, really close to Shinjuku nightlife. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The location is excellent, near a vegan cafe called Ain Soph. It is a relaxing and great property located in the Shinjuku Ward district, just a short walk to the center of all the nightlife.

Favourable and excellent location - walking distance to a subway station. Great access to restaurants and delicious restaurants. The staff was amicable and the room was good-sized and brand-new. Had climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

I had a great time at this hotel. the location was really close to Shinjuku nightlife, which made it so convenient to explore the lively Kabuki Cho area. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering how expensive hotels can be in this city. And finally, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

Relaxing hotel and the location close to everything was amazing. Location: the venue was not far from two Metro stations including Shinjuku main station and 10min walk to Shinjuku station and Shinjuku and Samurai Museum. Had some takeout meals at Ain Soph, set close to the hotel, I couldn't resist. The room with futon beds.

Functional rooms, I had very good experience.

I liked the room with futon beds, the bed was great. The rate was me$ 11674. The hotel's position was good and perfect, near to the centre, 10min walk to Shinjuku station and two Metro stations including Shinjuku main station.

We met very attentive and amicable employees.

Enjoyed our rooms with futon beds on tatami floors. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to Shinjuku station plus the parks for walk & exercise. Shinjuku Ward district was worth visiting.
