We met very attentive and amicable employees.

Enjoyed our rooms with futon beds on tatami floors. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to Shinjuku station plus the parks for walk & exercise. Shinjuku Ward district was worth visiting.

Relaxing hotel and the location close to everything was amazing. Location: the venue was not far from two Metro stations including Shinjuku main station and 10min walk to Shinjuku station and Shinjuku and Samurai Museum. Had some takeout meals at Ain Soph, set close to the hotel, I couldn't resist. The room with futon beds.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

We had an excellent stay, especially enjoying the pretty rooftop terrace and free coffee in the lobby. The on-site spa and relaxing lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but it didn't take away from our experience 😊

Had a blast with friends! The hotel's location is perfect. We hit up the Inari Kio Shrine and the Tokyo Mystery Circus easily. Getting to Shinjuku made our travels easy. The super nice team, and the place had everything we needed. Totally recommend it for groups!

The hotel is centrally located just a few blocks from Shinjuku Station. The staff was helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and providing guidance throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great spread with fresh options daily, which I found convenient for my busy work schedule.
